Interview process was very efficient, and quick. From the initial contact to an offer, it took only 3 weeks. I did a phone interview with the recruiter, then a phone interview with a senior manager, then i had three in-person interviews in one day at the Deloitte office. I heard back in probably 3 business days from the recruiter. The in-person interviews were split into categories: one was a case interview, one was all behavioral interview questions, and one was all on my experiences and how they would fit with the work Deloitte does. Then I had some time to talk about benefits, corporate culture, etc with the recruiter. I had never done a case interview before and was nervous about it, but the person conducting the interview was very helpful and made me more at ease. Overall impressions were very positive, and the people I spoke to really seemed to enjoy their jobs and the company.
