Interview
We had IQ test first which included framing an email on a particular situation and logical questions. After that we had Telefonic interview to test your spoken English and English grammar. The shortlisted ones had to build a site on a chart paper in a team and present in front of the panel. The shortlisted ones would go through the personal interview round.

The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
