Interview
The process moved from Recruiter to Manager to Senior Manager. The questions were related to my experience which ultimately was not an ideal fit for the teams needs. There was a sense of ambiguity and I assume the team works across different domains, making it challenging for experienced hires to have the exact qualifications for their needs.
