Very formal. Seemed like a very demanding work environment. Many extra job duties outside of my daily tasks; write white papers, post positive social media about the company, have and develop mentees, quarterly presentations to the leaders, etc.
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
