Deloitte Financial Analyst interview questions

Interview Type: In-person Interviewers: Simron, Vinayak, and Sunny Gedam I recently attended an interview at Deloitte for a Payroll position. Unfortunately, the experience was not as expected. The job description never mentioned that multinational payroll experience was a mandatory requirement, yet during the first round, my profile was rejected solely for not having prior exposure to multinational payroll. This should have been clearly highlighted in the job posting to ensure transparency and avoid wasting time for both candidates and interviewers.

The interview process was quite straightforward. There was a job simulation assessment where daily tasks were provided and you had to talk about how you would go about solving the tasks if you were to be employed by Deloitte.
