Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Plenty of the typical interview-type questions (strength, weakness, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what's the definition of a leader) The only question that caught me off guard was "What's the question that you're DYING for me to ask you"
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Moskau, ) in Sep 2014
Interview
3 stages:
1.test - knowledge of accountancy, logic and English
2. informational interview - it was more like listening, because the interviewer told me about the company, asked me what salary i would like and when i am willing to start
3. interview - the professional questions were asked. i easily nailed a practical problem - how much is a daily profit of a local cafeteria. what is audit, what types of assets do you know. why do you want to work here
