Deloitte Assistant Manager interview questions

Technical and HR round covering domain questions relating to specific field..The interview had telephonic, Manager, Senior manager and Hr round .The face to face interview was conducted covering various areas. The company was passionate in knowing about the field and as to why we want to join deloitte as a firm. There were variety of questions posed later on

the employee referral scheme was opted. Then HR took the general round. Next was technical round conducted by Manager audit & others. on selection was interview with director. HR round was very formal & general. The technical round are really difficult with questions on academic. Need to prepare hard for this. Generally strong accounting background & 1st attempt CA are preferred. once you get through this then other is just formality Overall the interview was really challenging & good
