Interview
First thing is a chat with the recruiter, followed by a technical interview and lastly a competency based interview with the hiring managers. The negative review is only because I have never received a feedback even though I made it to the last stage, I have nothing bad to say about the interviewers.
I found the technical interview quite complicated, but I would guess because I have only now started studying IT, it focus on storage and networks and with a good knowledge of them it should not be a problem (I reckon the youtube channel PowerCert Animated Videos will really help), especially because the interviewers were very friendly and supportive.
The competency based interview with the hiring managers was also a good experience, with pretty standard questions, previous experience and past situations, etc.
Although the process was enjoyable, I was left with a bitter taste, not because I was not chosen, I am used to it, but because I was never given a feedback, even though I was assured of one in a week and even though I have sent a few emails requesting it.
I had to to take some time at work and prepare a bit for the interviews and, spending a bit of time on it, so I would say that dropping a few lines on what I could do better to improve would not be that hard, but I guess they have a different opinion.
