Dell Technologies Program Management Director interview questions

Interviewed by 5 people: hiring manager's peer, 3 peers, and 1 subordinate. Interviews were mainly behavioral. Example: Tell me about a time you got along with a difficult boss. Tell me about the last program you managed. Tell me about a failure, etc. You must do your best to connect your experiences and accomplishments to what they are looking for in the role. Don't use the same accomplishments or stories with each interviewer-they are going to get together and compare notes if the hiring manager is smart.
