Interview started with a standard round with the Talent Acquisition contact explaining the role and opportunity. Then moved to a second local (Brazil) manager where details about my expertise and experience were posted. After some months, another round with the Transition Director from U.S, again explaining the opportunity and getting info about my experience. After couple days, got another contact from the TA to present an offer, explaining the details of if and timeline to accept, etc. After a round of negotiation, the deal was closed.
