Interview process was detailed more focusing towards the roles and responsibilities to be understood clearly. The intention is towards analyzing the candidate capabilities to work according to the requirement of the job functionality.

I was given the opportunity to apply for a Senior position within the team. I was up against other applicants Internal and External. There was a phone interview done by HR and a interview in Person done by two Senior Managers, which covered mostly my career path thus far and personality traits.
