My recommendation for gaining employment at Dell is to leverage an employee in good standing. Resumes submitted by employees are prioritized well over traditional web submissions. My interview process was relatively easy given my long history with Dell as both an employee and a partner.

The interviews were relaxed. open and enjoyable conversations, each approximately 30min. Beginning with a discussion with the hiring manager, followed by a conversation with a peer in a similar role, a supporting resource (such as a Solutions Engineer), a related Senior Account Exec, then followed by meetings back with the hiring manager and the senior business leader, before concluding with HR for the job offer.
