Interview is divided into two steps first with Department Head and another one with GM HR. If you cleared a first round then they will call you for second interview with GM HR. in both they just ask basic things about you and things which you have mention in your CV , generally they observe the confidence level of employee.

i applied online via their website and it only took me 5 minutes to apply, the period between application and first contact was 3 weeks, first contact was a short phone interview with some questions in general, and few related questions to the job, they want to get some feeling about my knowledge and skills. the interview was 10 minutes and later on they send me a feedback email with the explanation of next steps
