Interview
First, there was an HR screening, but for me it was shortened since I was working with a deadline. The 2nd interview is with your direct manager and a second manager (four eyes principle). I was then asked to complete online tests on numeric, inductive, and verbal reasoning + personality. In the 3rd and last interview I met the +1 manager and HR business partner.

It was a friendly environment and engaged. They ask me to go over my resume and previous experience, also, project and engagement with the university. The hiring manager and area manager were really supportive and attentive during the process
