Daikin Design Engineer interview questions

Interview process was standard with one difference. The interviewer started by talking about himself first and then asked questions. Most questions were behavioral with one technical question being given at the end.

Initial phone interview was simple - just talking to an HR recruiter about school, career plans, etc. Didn't hear anything for over a month, then I was contacted to come in for an on-site interview. There I met with a 4 different engineers individually, and got a tour of the test lab area.
