Interview
The initial interview was 30 minutes. Heard back 4 weeks later for a phone call. Had 2 interviews after that with both HM and his manager. This was a super slow process.
Interview with be based on the requirement and experience. After getting selected HR will connect for confirmation and salary negotiation. We need to express our knowledge about our current activities.

Good interview and will ask about the previous experiences and situational questions. They will be analysing the communication and ownership ability of the candidate
Video interviews with FP&A director and initial screening with HR. Was given insight on current needs from the role and some standard interview questions about project management and reporting standards.
