Colgate-Palmolive Management Trainee interview questions

Interview with GM, overall it's a casual and nice interview. The interviewer is interested to know you as a person and your potential rather than focusing at a lot of technical knowledge which is good for a fresh grad. Focuses more on general knowledge.

There was an Aptitude test to begin with. Followed by a Caselet based Group Discussion and then a Personal Interview. The interview consisted of mostly behavioural questions and some technical ones.
