I applied through company's website. Got an invitation to do an informal Google screening interview with their HR team.
Got sent an assessment and was given a due date to submit my answers
Passed the assessment and got a formal interview with the head of the department (1:1)
Passed the interview and had another informal interview with the director and then got offered the job few days later. (1:1)
Overall, they were all very professional during the interview stages, I had multiple internet connection issues but they were all very considerate and professional about it.
