Colgate-Palmolive interview questions

the first step is phone screening, second step is Interview with HR and then a virtual assessment group and if you pass then a final interview with a senior management

I applied for the position and received an email to complete a video interview using the link they provide you. It's a one-way interview where you record yourself answering prompts on the screen with limited number of restarts per question. I asked the recruiter if a phone interview was possible, but was told no. I declined to do the one-way interview since there was no guarantee I would be moving forward even had I completed it. One-way interviews just shows a lack of respect for candidates and a lack of effort on the hiring end.
