Interview
The first round consisted of resume shortlisting, followed by a virtual assessment. After this stage, approximately 60-70% of the applicants were eliminated. The remaining candidates were invited for an in-person interview, which started with a group discussion to further filter out the applicants. This was then followed by individual interviews where questions focused primarily on the candidate's resume, skillset, and personal interests.
