I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Colgate-Palmolive (Piscataway, NJ) in Apr 2014
Interview
The interview process took about 3 months since the date applied. I applied online. During the interview, they had a very friendly attitude. Had more of a conversational scenario than a question-to-answer one. Scientific oriented questions based on previous experience in other companies as an intern. The interview took about half an hour.
No behavioral questions asked.

Interview
Spoke to a representative at a university career fair and received a phone screen a few weeks later. Arrived to the company campus for an on-site interview, which was fairly informal and more of a conversation than an assessment. The process was enjoyable and I accepted an offer a few months later.
