Very easy it took me 3 interviews with management team
There is really not much I can say, it is typical for all multinational FMCG companies
The interview process was nice and friendly
First to take assessment test and then within a week schedule round 1 and then next week schedule round 2 after that you must take Excel test, when you finish all and got selected then Salary discussion with HR .

met them through a career fair at my school - networked with the individuals there and followed up with an email. then got a request to do a video chat with HR person followed by a video chat with two members of the office I was supposed to intern in. competency based - follow the STAR method!!!!
