Interview
First they contacted me by phone, followed by an online interview the same day. After that, they asked me to go to a one on one interview and asked me almost the same questions that were in the online interview.

Tell me about the most innovative idea that you had
Not a great interview experience. Most of the initial comms was through Whatsapp. After completing the first interview, I never heard back about the role. I believe if you do an interview you should at least get a call-back or an email explaining the reasoning behind the decision but from this company I received nothing.

Klassische Interview-Fragen, insgesamt nette Atmosphäre - am Ende des Gesprächs wurde ein ausführliches Feedback in Aussicht gestellt, dann kam eine Absage per Mail und jegliche Form der Kontaktaufnahme wurde ignoriert.

There are 3 rounds of interviews. First round with HR head. Second round with line manager. Final round with General Manager. Each takes around 30 to 45 minutes. No written test is needed
