The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Colgate-Palmolive in Oct 2009
Interview
I met with recruiters on campus first. After passing through that round I went in for a round of in-person interviews with a couple managers and members of the division I would join. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and cordial. Questions were primarily behavioral in nature.

Question 1
Explain a time when you applied your understanding of HR policies to deliver results for your team?
Overall the interview process was not too bad. If you get past the first round of interviews, expect it to take a couple weeks before getting an interview for the next round. The interview process however was rather easy, consisted of a phone call and one zoom call. Everyone I had spoken to was super friendly.
