We had a one day test and interview session organized by our university for fresh graduates of 2016 . Colgate invited Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics, Industrial engineers. After the test was conducted short listed students were contacted for the first interview process which was going to held up in the university premises.

They asked me to alot of technical questions one of them included "Describe a time when you were able to improve upon the design that was originally suggested " and I have to answer from technial point of view.

Online assesment, HR interview, Group Case Study where we worked on a case as a group of 5. There was many employees there to observe us. And lastly there was a one on one with the General Manager as the last step.
