awful, 2 stages including an in person interview in there office. Had to do lots of prep for a presentation and take a day off then got completely ghosted. Not even the decency to say “no thank you”!

Interview
Phone screen was first step, followed by trip to the Colgate Home Office in NY to interview with current or future leaders. Interviewed with 3 people on that visit and entire process was smooth and professional.

Normal interview questions about past roles, how I would contribute, etc. Don't remember any abnormal questions to try and trick anyone. Pretty straightforward about skill set and capabilities.
