Colgate-Palmolive Intern interview questions

In my case, I was interviewed by a senior scientist. She only ask me questions about my background and things on my resume. The company culture seems really nice. The interview is really casual.

Emailed the human resource department. They reviewed my resume and emailed me after 1 week for an interview with the HR manager. The HR manager was really kind and took the time to get to know me personally and what I wanted to accomplish in the internship. Right after the interview I got an email from the HR manager to meet again with the Department Director. The latter was even more accommodating, I didn't feel intimidated at all, she let me feel comfortable and I was able to just be myself in the interview.
