Colgate-Palmolive Analytics Engineer interview questions

Pretty straight forward and standard process- Step 1 - Recruiter Interview, where the recruiter called to get the basic information that is already available in my resume and my application. Step 2 - Spoke to the hiring manger, which was a great conversational interview. Step 3- Panel interview, which was pretty standard except for some reason there was an HR personnel who asked me questions too on the panel. None of the technical questions that were asked were difficult. There were situational questions in this round too. There was nothing wrong with the interview process, the issue is what happened after that! As one of my questions, I asked the manager, when can I expect a result/response and I was informed that I would get the results by Wednesday next week(7 days). I followed up after 7 days, and the recruiter mentioned that they have received positive feedback but they would get back to me next week. I followed up with them next week, and he mentioned that the team is not available due to holidays and I should hear back from them, the week after. I tried following up with them again after a week, and now I don't even get a response. My application is still under process, not even an automated rejection email and it has been a month since I have interviewed with them. Another issue that I noticed was, their recruitment team did not ask me for my availability. They set up the interviews as per their availability and then I had to figure out time for them.
