Capital One Senior Developer interview questions

I had a telephone interview that lasted about 25 minutes. They asked some basic technical questions about JCL, VSAM, COBOL, and SQL. Then they asked some "what if" questions. They also asked about past experiences.

Took a test online and came in for a few onsite interviews which consisted more of Behavioral questions that were read to me off of a piece of paper. Recruiter wasn't as responsive and didn't keep in contact. Weeks went by before I heard anything and no follow-ups were made after interviews. Didn't accept the offer because it was too low to be competitive in the engineering industry.
