Capital One Project Manager interview questions

There was a ProductSense hiring manager interview and then we moved in to a super day which had four back-to-back interviews. There were case questions and then there was a ProductSense question where you had to discuss a project that you've done in full detail along with a product design question that someone walked you through.

It was fast-paced and straightforward. The recruiter didn't even ask about my experience or any skills relevant to the role. I think the recruiter has to screen people without US residence/green card.
