Capital One Project Manager interview questions

1- phone screen 2- mini case 3- power day (business analyst, product design, product skills, job fit) They told me that passing the interview makes me eligible for any Product Manager position in the company, but I believe this is false. My theory is that you are being interviewed specifically for the PM role & job description that you applied for. They will ask you about your interests and appear flexible but I do not think that is the case because the job fit interviewer is specifically hiring for that position.
