Feb 10 – Completed PowerDay interviews
Feb 12 – Received an email saying they would schedule a time to discuss results
Feb 17 – Informed that I passed but was being leveled down from Senior SWE to Senior Associate SWE
Currently in the team matching stage. HR mentioned that there isn’t a team available at the moment, so I need to wait for a match.
The interview process itself was structured and professional. Communication after PowerDay was relatively quick at first, but the team matching process feels uncertain and open-ended. HR responses have been somewhat slow, and there isn’t a clear timeline on next steps.
Overall, it seems that passing the interview does not guarantee an immediate offer — team availability plays a significant role.

I had a deeply disappointing interview experience with their leadership. The questions were irrelevant, and the behavior throughout was unprofessional. Interview slots were extended without any prior intimation, and despite multiple follow-ups,
The Talent Acquisition team has not responded. To date, there has been no communication regarding the interview outcome or feedback.
After investing over seven hours in a lengthy interview process, the lack of any revert from the TA team reflects extremely poor candidate experience overall.
