Interview
I took the online tests. After getting a 100% on the practice, i found the time limit on the real one disconcertingly short, so i didn't entirely finish. Cap1 called me back for an interview on site.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capital One in Feb 2009
Interview
I went about five minutes early to chat with the interviewer and he seemed relaxed. The case was about call center improvement when they had two kinds of customer service agents (regular and advanced). He pointed out simple math errors I made but when I really got stuck conceptually, he didn't really help much. The total interview took about 30 minutes.

Interview
He was a real laid back interview. It was with a branch manager. He said he had others to interview but he would call me. No interview guidelines, just friendly conversation. Asked about the things on my resume.
