Question 1
Tell me about a time when things did not work out as well as you hoped.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Jan 2012
Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter and did a 30 minute interview. The recruiter then scheduled an interview with the hiring manager for later in the week. The phone interview with the hiring manager was almost an hour and I felt that it went very well. I was contacted by the recruiter and was told they wanted me to move to the next phase which was an online assessment that covered critical thinking and critical math. I took these assessments the following week and the next day I was contacted by the recruiter and was informed I did not score high enough to proceed to the next phase but was offered to reapply in 6 months.
