Interview
After applying online I had a phone interview and once I made the rounds of phone interview, I had to take an assessment test online. I must say this was not an easy assessment. You have only one chance to get this right the first time. So make sure to take the time to practice before taking the final one.

Question 1
Be prepared to score well on the behavioral interviews.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in May 2012
Interview
I applied through campus recruiting and was brought in for an on-campus case interview. This was followed by 2 online assessments - one behavioral and one quantitative. After these, I was invited for an on-site interview with some other OA candidates. We had 2 case interviews and 1 behavioral interview before lunch, and then a small handful of people, including myself, were kept after lunch for an additional case. I found out within a week that had received an offer.

Question 1
I was super nervous for the case interviews, but unexpectedly, the behavioral interview threw me off more than the cases.
Name a time when you had to convince someone to do something that they did not want to do. (something along those lines)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One in Sep 2012
Interview
I applied on the capital One career site. The recruiter reached out and I first had to take an online assessment, like an aptitude test. Upon passing that test I spoke to the hiring manager. Then I was called for a Power Day. Five rounds of interviews one hour each with different people. I also had to solve a case study. There were 2 behavioral interviews, case study and technical interview. After five hours I got to leave. After about two weeks it seemed like they still not had made a decision and were still interviewing more candidates
