I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
The hiring and interview process is exhaustive and un-necessarily exhausting for the candidate. They are first sending you a 2 hour test that most people who took a PMP exam would feel insulted, because it's testing them at that same level. If you have multiple certifications for which you had to pass exams, it's even more insulting. The process is very well put together, you almost feel as if they don't have a business to run .... just interviews. Their managers must have a lot of time on their hands to handle these ridiculous interviews. You have no idea what they are looking for and frankly speaking I don't think they do either - someone else is pulling the strings somewhere in the background. In fact, I felt all along that I use being used for training purposes. I don't know what other people do, to drive there, pay for parking and go through .... a total of 6 interviews !!! There are extraordinary professionals out there that have been downsized that could contribute .... but instead this employer is keeping the unemployment rate in the Toronto area : steady , or HIGH.

Question 1
I was asked to describe a situation about a delicate, sensitive circumstance and I felt I had no choice but to talk a bit about it, otherwise, I would have had to say : Yes, I have been in that situation but you have to take my word for it.
A word of caution for this type of interview : people can easily make things up !!! So Capital One, be careful what you wish for. You will get people in that are smooth talkers and don't know squat about real work .... so good luck to you. I know I will NEVER apply again. It was a humiliating experience from beginnig to end - when they "can't tell you why you didn't get to the next level". Good riddance.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
The interview consisted of three very long questions. These questions concerned group work and project work specifically. Not very much opportunity to elaborate on different situations. Capital One definitely likes to talk about the team environment.

I initially applied through the campus career center. Then there was a 30 minute case interview on campus. Next I was invited to the final round at the office in McLean. There were 2 case interviews that were more complicated than the first and 1 behavioral interview with 3 questions.
