Interview
It provided outstanding arrangement, including airport pickup, transport from hotel to capital one, and send back to airport, flight ticket and hotel. HR did the wonderful job. On the interview day, there are 2 case, 2 fit and 1behavoival interviews. They said that they need statistical skills, but when in case study, they will test you to calculate the probability of toss the dies. I don't think that die tossing could be used in financial company. But they paid more attention on it. Company always questions more difficult than what they need.
