University placements. I was shortlisted but they ended up canceling the interviews of multiple students once their hiring quota was filled. Interview ordering wasn't merit-based. The initial coding test was offline and subsequently, there was an offline case study round before interviews started. Both of them were on the easier side of things.
Bait and switch on job location (one location was selected but another was offered for the interview). I decided it was best to not proceed with the interview after this unusual change.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Capital One (McLean, VA) in Oct 2022

Pros: - Interviews are done within one day - friendly and engaging interviewers for the most part - very helpful recruiters - simple application Cons: - the no interview feedback policy really sucks and does not benefit applicants - one interviewer was not friendly or engaging - case interview was a challenge
