Capgemini Invent Management Consultant interview questions

Fairly easy. Bring pen & paper as questions very detailed. One question is basically broken down into 5. Final interview was a presentation and they ask a few proving questions.

Initial screening call with HR . Followed by one-to-one interview with a manager. The last stage interview was a panel interview with a VP (one hour session), including a 15 mins presentation of a case study, with four main questions to be answered. At the this interview, I was told that the final result was going to be notified very soon: 17 days after, I haven't heard from them. I sent one email asking for an update, without any reply. All the interviewers were very nice, but I have ended up being "ghosted" (how difficult is to provide the outcome of a selection process by mail?).
