I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Capgemini Invent in May 2024
Interview
Multiple stages. First a screening call with HR or current consultant. Then a teams video interview with a Senior Consultant who goes through your CV and motivations, with some questions about how you'd handle certain tasks/situations. e.g. What would you do if a client told you there was a problem. Describe your thought process.
Second stage was a group interview where there was a mock case study with up to 4 other people. You have one hour to create a slide deck to present to two or more Consultants who act as the client.
This is super variable and really depends on who you are put with - a find balance between railroading the team vs getting your point across.
