Eerste gesprek met HR; gewoon beetje peilen naar de interesses en intenties, studies en hobby's overlopen, is normaal gezien een formaliteit en niet echt moeilijk.
Daarna gesprek met senior manager van binnen de afdeling en krijg je een case

Case: Hoeveel ijsjes worden er verkocht gedurende de zomermaanden in Brussel
Did an assessment on both intelligence and soft skills. Followed by two different 2 interviews, first one as a general check of background and motivation, second one focussed on skills including a consulting case

similar questions, polite and easy to communicate
At first, HR told me there are 1 phone interview and 1 Teams interview. However, I had 3-rounds phone interviews.

Interview
Quick phone call with simple case study then case on site with final partner interview. Pretty standard process with nothing you wouldn't expect. Phone call for 15 minutes and the larger case was half a day
