Interview
Three interviews, two of them being case interviews. I interviewed mostly with inexperienced interviewers. I got an offer over the phone, but when inquiring about salary and benefits, they refused to give any information. When I later requested this information again, they said that they had to withdraw the offer.

Case interview about how I would incorporate a business which was recently acquired.
Did an assessment on both intelligence and soft skills. Followed by two different 2 interviews, first one as a general check of background and motivation, second one focussed on skills including a consulting case

similar questions, polite and easy to communicate
At first, HR told me there are 1 phone interview and 1 Teams interview. However, I had 3-rounds phone interviews.

Quick phone call with simple case study then case on site with final partner interview. Pretty standard process with nothing you wouldn't expect. Phone call for 15 minutes and the larger case was half a day
