The HR reached me as I provided my resume during one of the college career fairs. But even after telling HR about my French level and asking her if the interview would be in English, she set up a call and the interview was conducted in French surprisingly (Though I should have known this).

Muy desorganizado, falta de información a lo largo del proceso. Mala comunicación. Te intentan vender algo que no es, te venden una utopía y cuando hablas con los empleados descubres que no es cierto y tienes que guardarte las espaldas.
Firstly I had to do a test with different IQ questions, Motivational drivers and a personality test, my first interview was online. It was an informal interview, where they are curious about who you are and what your motivations are regarding the job and the organisation
