Stage 1: Online recorded scenario based interview.
Stage 2: Face to face interview at the main office and a group exercise.
The f2f interview was pitched as a competency based interview, however not competency questions were asked. They were all hypothetical and a bit vapid such as "What are the 5 most important things for someone leading a digital transformation project?".
The interviewer also looked like he would have rather been anywhere else.
