I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Laguna Hills, CA)

      Interview

Very unprofessional interviews they don’t have an agenda and they only hire white people as their engineers or I felt like that, Their HR kind of mentioned "Diversity for colored people" which was more shouting you are a woman of color than anything else. next interview, I answered 20 technical questions to their architect which was a white man, I could answer them all and he was more like intrigue me and just talk on your experience ( no agenda) then I had a meeting which they named it casual talk with another white blond man. He said exactly you already passed the technical questions so we are just casually talking and "it is not really me who decides" Their HR was not responsive for about some days and then they exactly said : <my skills are short> few months later, I got hired by their competitor for a much higher position, higher than a technical lead and developer, I got hired as a principal, building my own development team. I felt really disrespected, humiliated and cried and just moments ago I got contacted again for another hire with their another colored woman(HR). This all made me write this review. Their front (HR) are seem to be all colored people and their core team are all white people, it is more like a motto than a practical thing, I am sad that I live in the most national place, United States with still white supremacy as its highest peak in a very famous and Nobel company. I am fully disappointed. I saw who after me got hired, he is a white man and he does not seem to know better than me or even had better experience or adobe certifications. To the colored women out there: speak up, they just use your interviews to say they are diverse and they selected very exact and diverse . They select only and only white skin colors on their core teams. Even if their experience is lower. If you want a job in engineering do not try. try better places. It is all fronts. Keep your grace and move on to somewhere else. Find somewhere that respects you not for your skin color but for your knowledge. Find somewhere that is not racist.
