I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Leuven, Flemish Brabant) in Mar 2018
Interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview process began formally, with structured questions and a set agenda. However, as the conversation progressed, it shifted to a more relaxed tone, allowing for personal anecdotes and casual discussions. This informal atmosphere fostered a genuine connection, enabling both the interviewer and candidate to share insights about their experiences and interests, ultimately making the interaction feel more like a friendly chat than a traditional interview. The relaxed environment encouraged open dialogue, leading to a more authentic exchange of ideas and values, which helped both parties assess mutual fit beyond just qualifications.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Eindhoven) in Jun 2023
Interview
A remote interview with minimal technical questions. Some general questions about education and a little object oriented programming. First a little introduction of the company then I had to introduce myself. Then came some general questions about embedded systems such as describing them.
