Interview
1. Applied through the Company careers portal
2. TA called the very next day and briefly asked about myself, my educational qualifications and my knowledge level. Then fixed my F2F interview for a particular day in the same week
3. The interviewer himself came to the reception and took me to the waiting lounge
4. Had 2 rounds of interview with a Manager and the Director of Quality department
5. Final round of interview with the HR regarding the joining date and of course the salary expectations.
6. Released the offer letter within 2 days

Question 1
Based on the candidate's experience, the questions will go from the overview of Software quality areas to in-depth quality standards and processes like CMMI 1.3 DEV and SVC process areas, Agile - sprint and Kanban, Six sigma, Lean management, ISO 9000, ASPICE etc.
