My first interview was on a training day for junior profiles. It started with a general information session about what Altran is, what kind of projects etc. Afterwards there was a case study & presentation in group where 4 consultants evaluated you and did a Q&A. After that there were 2 seperate interviews with consultants (about 45minutes each). This day was about 4hours total. After a positive feedback I was invited again to Brussels for a interview with the Team Leader. After that conversation, again to Brussels for a last interview with HR.

1 phase - interview with HR with regular questions about CQV, regulatory guidelines knowledge, verification of language skills ( english), soft skills questions and motivations, salary expectation 2 phase - interview with senior consultant and team manager. Questions about experience in CQV and CSV, explanation of types of projects available 3 phase - call with HR with offer and explanation of conditions Possible: 4 phase - interview with team manager at client - explanation of project details and questions about direct experience for the project
