Interview
I found a job posting on their website and eventually applied online. Within two weeks I was contacted via email to set up an online interview. I had two interviews with people of varying levels within the company. After the final interview within a week or so I was contacted via email that I was being offered the job. After a few emails back and forth everything was finalized.
Most of the questions were in regards to my submitted portfolio. I applied online and they had taken the time to print out the pages for reference.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CallisonRTKL (Hongkong) in Jan 2018
Interview
They are Watching my portfolio and request for explaining some of projects. I guess they expect what he or she can do something or coordinate with original member. That might be issue for them such as some software skills and communication.

Interview
One 30 minute interview with one person, then submitting some recommendations, and I was hired.
This was the easiest and laziest interview I have ever experienced, and I should have realized the company didn't know what they wanted in an employee, how to vet potential employees nor how to manage employees.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CallisonRTKL (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview was a skype conference call with a VP, senior associate and two associates. I went through my portfolio with them online. It lasted 30 minutes and talked about my portfolio of work and just generally about the team I was interviewing for.
