Seems like "robots work for coins": 1) During interviews, all answers were noted and some questions were subsequently repeated at the next stages. What's the point, if teammates are making notes and not sharing them)? 2) During a video interview there were questions about knowledge of languages, although this was clearly written in the job description). 3) I've been asked to repeat the name of my current role in order to make a note, however there is my CV in front of their eyes and I previously sent it). 4) Total lack of communication inside of the company, because the confirmation for the video interview was sent at half past midnight on the same day of interview. 1.5 working days have passed since the telephone conversation with their recruiter.
